Baby Brat, Inc. was created with the goal in mind to bring back the values and morals into the lives of children that
have somehow been lost by today’s youth. Our effort and dedication is materialized in our high quality, safe products,
trademarked under the Groves Valley Brand name. We offer a diverse and fun line of products: Children’s Plush
Toys, Baby Diapers, Maternity Wear and Children’s Clothing. Recently we expanded to include every day household
goods such us: Bathroom Tissue, Plastic Carry Bags, Paper Towels and Napkins. Baby Brat, Inc. is also producing a
cartoon special introducing The Why Not Kids in which we hope to encourage kids “To do the right thing when no
one is looking”, so they will grow up making better decisions that will affect their lives for years to come. See a quick

The Groves family takes pride in helping those in need by donating 3% of quarterly sales to Homeless shelters,
Children's hospitals, Veterans hospital's, Battered women's shelters and many other organizations that are trying to
strengthen our communities with the value of "Giving" to those less fortunate with the hope that someday we will
eliminate poverty in America.
